In a devastating accident on National Highway-31 in Katihar district, Bihar, a bus and van collided head-on, resulting in the loss of 13 lives and injuring 22 others. The van was transporting members of the tribal community back from Jharkhand when it was hit by a bus driven by an alleged drunk driver.
