5 killed, 30 injured after under-construction temple roof collapses in Maharashtra

Tragedy struck Parbhani as the roof of an under-construction Hanuman temple collapsed, claiming five lives and injuring at least 17 devotees. The incident occurred at Yashwadi in Manavat taluka on Saturday afternoon. Heavy Rajasthani pink stones, used in construction, are suspected to be a factor. The temple was reportedly open despite ongoing work, following local requests. Rescue operations are underway, with authorities promising financial aid to affected families.
