‘Not up to the standard’: Zimbabwe captain Raza blames pitch for India defeat

Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza criticised the pitch after his side’s seven-wicket loss to India in the first T20I, saying early moisture made batting difficult and the surface became easier later. He hoped for fairer conditions in the next match. Raza also praised Wessly Madhevere and Tadiwanashe Marumani for helping Zimbabwe recover from 32/4 to post a competitive total.
