Google founder donates $20mn more to organisation advocating against wealth tax

Sergey Brin, one of Google’s co-founders, has pledged over one hundred million dollars to combat California’s proposed billionaire wealth tax. Opponents of the tax, which will be voted on in November, are far better funded than its supporters. Other prominent tech leaders have also joined in to support the campaign against the tax, showcasing a united front against the legislation.
