Chris Evans finds buyer for LA home listed at $6.39M after buying for $3.52M in 2013

Captain America star Chris Evans has found a buyer for his Los Angeles home after relisting the Hollywood Hills property for $6.39 million. Evans initially listed it for $6.99 million in 2025. He purchased the 1940s-era residence for $3.52 million in 2013 and is now selling it as he moves back East.
