Kailash Mansarovar pilgrims encountered life-threatening flash floods in Nepal’s Rasuwa Bhote Koshi area, leading to a catastrophic toll of 675 confirmed casualties and 2,418 individuals missing. In response, India is playing a pivotal role in humanitarian efforts, dispatching technical teams to evaluate flood-affected hydropower tunnels and providing more than 57 tonnes of crucial emergency supplies to assist ongoing rescue operations.
