‘Intention of accused was to kill’: DCP on Gurgaon hit-and-run case; 2 arrested

Police stated the accused intended to kill the woman biker. Video footage showed the accused deliberately rammed his car into her bike. The sections pertaining to attempt to murder were added based on the victim’s statement. The accused fled to Rajasthan after his media statement and was arrested. Police have arrested Kalyan Singh Bainsla and his cousin Lavish in connection with the case.
