Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf bought their 3.5-acre Tiburon estate for about $23 million around 2000. They listed it for $24.5 million in 2003, but the property stayed on the market for almost four years. It finally sold to Stuart Peterson for $20 million in 2006, leaving the tennis stars with a $3 million price difference.
