Hero bike battery changed 3 times, still faces issues; court orders Rs 25,000

Nethi Radha Krishna faced numerous issues with his Hero Glamour BS6 motorcycle after purchasing it in September 2021. He reported various engine and electrical problems that persisted despite over seven service visits to the dealer. The district consumer commission found the service provided inadequate but did not prove an inherent defect in the motorcycle. They ordered the dealer to inspect, repair, and compensatory payments for the customer’s inconvenience.
