Over 300 objections filed against plan to turn former UK hotel into 42 studios

More than 300 objections have been filed against plans to convert Maidstone’s former Grange Moor Hotel into 42 studio apartments for an estimated 65 people. Residents say they are concerned the development could increase pressure on parking, local infrastructure and the neighbourhood, with some describing themselves as “devastated” and saying they would not have bought their homes.
