Actor Imran Khan has approached the Bombay High Court against an order for his deportation from India. The order was issued after his participation in a protest supporting the Cockroach Janata Party. BJP leader Kirit Somaiya filed a complaint to the Mumbai Police regarding Khan’s actions. As an Overseas Citizen of India, Khan is subject to specific rules and regulations.
