Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen turned $4.5M land into a $39.5M luxury mansion

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen purchased more than five acres in Brookline, Massachusetts, for $4.5 million in 2013 and built a 12,112-square-foot luxury mansion. They listed the estate for $39.5 million in August 2019 before reducing the asking price to $33.9 million. However, the property failed to sell and was withdrawn in May 2020 amid the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on luxury real estate.
