Social activists, academics, and former civil servants have urged the government to publicly share draft bills on women’s reservation and delimitation for wider consultation. While wholeheartedly supporting women’s reservation, the group expressed concern over the “opaque and non-consultative manner” of their introduction in the upcoming special parliamentary session.
