Arkansas family wins $12,000 after neighbours removed old fence and trees

A recent ruling upheld the Bowlin family’s claim regarding a fence that served as a property boundary since 1967. This decision followed a dispute over the removal of the fence and trees by neighboring property owners. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed damages of $12,000 due to intentional tree removal and ordered the reconstruction of the fence.
