Arunachal flood toll climbs to 3; Assam faces rail disruption

Flash floods in Arunachal Pradesh’s Keyi Panyor district have claimed three lives, with another NEEPCO employee’s body recovered. Heavy rains have also devastated Assam’s Dhemaji district, affecting over 15,000 people and disrupting train services due to a damaged railway bridge. Landslides have been reported across several Arunachal districts, impacting thousands. Assam’s Chief Minister is actively overseeing relief efforts.
