At 107, National Company Law Tribunal OKs record insolvency cases

The National Company Law Tribunal approved 107 corporate insolvency cases in the last quarter of the fiscal year. These cases had an estimated value of Rs 11,000 crore compared to previous quarters. However, the tribunal now faces significant vacancies among its members and challenges in its operations. With many judges retiring soon, the functioning of the tribunal is further affected.
