Bombay HC settles Sonu Nigam IP case; namesake barred from using his identity

A legal dispute over social media identity has been resolved amicably. A namesake of singer Sonu Nigam agreed not to use the singer’s likeness. The Bombay High Court disposed of the intellectual property suit after a settlement. Consent terms were accepted as undertakings by the court. Both parties confirmed the dispute was settled according to agreed terms.
