Brewers owner to dedicate $2 million Malibu property for public beach access

Milwaukee Brewers owner Mark Attanasio will dedicate his $2 million Malibu property to public use following a settlement over alleged removal of sand and rocks from a protected California beach. The California Coastal Commission called the agreement a victory for public beach access, while the company involved agreed to restore the affected area.
