Bus takes different route, passenger misses flight; commission orders Rs 73K payout

The complainant was pursuing an M.Phil. and needed to reach Delhi for his course. The commission found the company deficient in service for the unexplained delay. Greenline Travels must pay Rs 73,000 for flight, accommodation, and mental agony.
