Cash, gold & elderly victims: How Indian-origin man became ‘money mule’ in $7.5m US scam

An Indian national faces charges for his alleged role as a money mule. He was arrested in Canada while attempting to flee to Qatar. The scheme targeted elderly victims and involved millions of dollars. Investigators believe he collected cash and gold from nine victims. Canadian authorities arrested him at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
