Charged Rs 30 for carry bags, Red Tape told to pay Rs 26,000 compensation

A Gurugram consumer commission found Red Tape guilty of unfair trade practices. The company charged a customer thirty rupees for three shopping bags. This action was deemed a deficiency in service by the commission. Red Tape was ordered to refund the amount and pay compensation. The company must also pay fifteen thousand rupees for mental harassment.
