Cincinnati cuts 210 feet from 122-year-old rail warehouse for new bridge

Longworth Hall in Cincinnati, once 1,227 feet long and among the world’s longest buildings, has been shortened by about 210 feet for a new Ohio River bridge. The historic 1904 railroad warehouse will retain most of its structure, while bricks from the demolished section will be reused to rebuild its east end.
