Co-founder of $8 bn asset-management firm fired for not working from office 5 days a week

A co-founder is suing his former firm for thirty million dollars after his termination. He claims his partners used a return-to-office policy as an excuse. This policy was implemented to force employees back into the office full-time. Nieporte believed the mandate did not apply to him as a co-owner. He alleges his partners fabricated claims to strip him of his ownership stake.
