Delhi landfill garbage mountains shrinking, 100 acres reclaimed in 18 months: CM Rekha Gupta
Delhi chief minister Rekha Gupta has reported significant progress in waste management at landfill sites throughout the city. The government has successfully reclaimed land and aims to eliminate existing garbage mountains while managing fresh waste effectively. New waste processing facilities have been inaugurated at Okhla, Ghazipur, and Singhola, each designed to process thousands of metric tonnes daily.
