‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ is making history with every passing day at the Indian box office. Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, the espionage thriller has crossed Rs. 790 crore in India net after eleven days, becoming only the third Hindi film ever to breach the Rs. 800 crore domestic net mark. The film is now chasing the lifetime record of its predecessor, ‘Dhurandhar,’ which stands at Rs. 894.49 crore — a milestone that could fall within the current week. Globally, the film is tracking past Rs. 1,079 crore and closing in on Rs. 1,200 crore worldwide, which would place it among the top three highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
