India has urged Bangladesh to expedite the verification of suspected illegal immigrants to facilitate their deportation. The MEA highlighted an existing bilateral mechanism for this process, emphasizing that once nationality is verified, deportation can proceed smoothly. India reiterated that laws are in place to address individuals staying illegally in the country.
