Flight preponed without notice, court orders Rs 50,000 compensation with ticket refund

A consumer commission has now ordered the airline to pay Rs 50,000 compensation, a full ticket refund with interest, and Rs 15,000 in litigation costs, deeming the initial award inadequate for their ordeal.
