Gold, silver shine brighter: Bullion prices hit 3-month highs as weak dollar boosts demand

Gold and silver prices climbed significantly on Friday, reaching levels not seen in over three months. A weaker US dollar and positive global market trends encouraged buying in both precious metals. Gold of 99.9 percent purity rose by Rs 1,200 to Rs 1,63,500 per 10 grams. Silver posted an even stronger move, increasing by Rs 5,000 to Rs 2,50,000 per kilogram.
