Harvard University has a ‘September message’ for all international students

Harvard University has alerted international students about significant F-1 and J-1 visa rule changes. New Department of Homeland Security rules replace the duration of status system with fixed visa end dates. Students re-entering the US after September 15 will face stricter limits and new visa frameworks. Those already in the US before this date will generally retain current protections and benefits.
