Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death has been revealed by the Greenville County Coroner’s Office. The 36-year-old Heroes and Nashville star died from an accidental overdose involving fentanyl and several other drugs. Panettiere was found unresponsive at a South Carolina apartment on August 16, with police confirming that their investigation into her death remains ongoing.
