He paid Rs 15 lakh for Rs 10 lakh flat; builder demanded Rs 20 lakh more, buyer wins case

A man, who was working in the US, booked a 1,208-square-foot flat along with a car parking space in Patna. The booking was confirmed in 2005, and the agreement for sale was signed in 2007. The total price agreed upon for the flat and parking space was Rs 10,41,250. Before the agreement was executed, the man had already paid Rs 9 lakh to the builder.
