“High probability of meeting between PM Modi, President Xi”: Former Indian envoy on patrolling agreement between India-China

Gautam Bambawale, former Indian Ambassador to China, Bhutan, and Pakistan said that the recent agreement on border patrolling between India and China along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) has opened up possibilities for a bilateral meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Xi Jinping in Kazan along the sidelines of the BRICS Summit.
