Holiday plan promised 4-5 star stays, offered cheaper hotels; ordered Rs 95,000 refund

A consumer commission ordered Park Club International to refund Rs 95,000. The customer paid Rs 1.10 lakh for a five-year holiday membership. He was offered lower-category hotels and asked for extra charges. The commission also awarded Rs 15,000 for compensation and expenses. The company failed to provide promised services as per the agreement.
