India mulls annual dope tests on all commercial pilots on a random basis

Indian pilots may soon undergo annual random drug tests for safety. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation is reviewing current regulations and policies. This move follows an incident involving an Air India pilot testing positive. Airlines are voluntarily conducting one-time dope tests on all their pilots. Investigations into a recent Air India flight incident are also ongoing.
