India sees 30% increase in Michelin Key hotels in second year of rating here

India has seen an increase in luxury hotels evaluated by the Michelin Guide, with 47 hotels receiving Keys. These hotels were assessed based on five universal criteria to maintain high standards. Prominent establishments like Taj Falaknuma Palace and Taj Lake Palace received three Keys each. India’s culinary scene is recognized internationally, but local restaurants have yet to receive Michelin stars.
