India’s first hydrogen train gets green signal from Railway Board

Marking a pivotal moment in sustainable transportation, India has unveiled its first hydrogen-powered DEMU train, boasting a sleek 10-coach design. Recently given the green light by the Railway Ministry, this innovative train will operate between Jind and Sonipat at a cruising speed of 75 kmph.
