India’s forex reserves surge record $44.9 billion to all-time high of $785.7 billion

India has achieved a remarkable milestone with its foreign exchange reserves soaring to an impressive $785.706 billion. This upswing comes on the heels of a notable rise in the previous week, primarily fueled by robust foreign currency assets. The central bank’s proactive steps attracted more than USD 136 billion in fresh inflows. Conversely, there was a slight dip in the value of India’s gold reserves during that period.
