IndiGo offers crisis management plan to settle CCI probe into flight disruption case

IndiGo has proposed commitments to the Competition Commission of India. These proposals aim to address concerns over past flight disruptions and unfair practices. The airline will establish a crisis management group and a passenger grievance mechanism. IndiGo also offered to temporarily hand over airport slots during major disruptions. The CCI is now seeking public comments on these proposed commitments.
