Jack Johnson’s Hawaii farm harvested over 40,000 pounds of produce in six years

Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation acquired unused farmland on Oʻahu in 2019 to create an educational resource. Over six years, more than 40,000 pounds of produce were harvested while 2,200 students participated in learning experiences. The farm emphasizes ecological education, agroforestry, and understanding local food systems through hands-on activities. Community involvement plays a significant role in maintaining the farm through regular volunteer opportunities.
