Jewellery shop told to pay customer Rs 35k for failing to turn gold into bangles

A consumer commission ordered Kapoor Jewellers to return 32 grams of gold. The jewellers failed to make new bangles from the gold provided. They also must pay the customer Rs 35,000 for their service deficiency. The commission found documentary evidence proved the transaction occurred.
