J&K doc, wife charge-sheeted under UAPA for spreading ‘secessionist content’ on social media

Jammu and Kashmir Police have charged a doctor and his wife under the UAPA for allegedly using social media to spread secessionist and false narratives about Kashmir. The Counter-Intelligence Kashmir wing filed the chargesheet, accusing the couple of conspiring with a banned organization to create and disseminate content aimed at fostering disaffection against India. They were arrested last year.
