A Wall Street arbitration panel has ordered JP Morgan to pay former employee Ryan Bodner $4 million in damages, plus interest, for wrongful termination. Bodner was fired over an expense submission for a business meeting at his home, which the bank allegedly mischaracterized as a party. The panel also recommended expunging the reason for his termination from his record.
