Justice delayed or justice denied? Apple executive Vivek Tiwari case

In a case dating back to 2018, police constable Prashant Kumar Chaudhary was sentenced to 10 years for culpable homicide. He shot Apple executive Vivek Tiwari during a police encounter that led to Tiwari’s death. The court acquitted co-accused constable Sandeep Kumar due to insufficient evidence against him. Tiwari’s family expressed dissatisfaction and plans to appeal both the sentence and acquittal.
