Karnataka: Husband slits wife’s throat, drives off; onlookers record video

A 28-year-old woman was brutally murdered by her husband, Akshay, who slit her throat on a road in Kalaburagi district, Karnataka, after a domestic dispute. Bystanders captured the horrific incident on video, which has since circulated on social media. The accused fled the scene, and a manhunt is underway.
