Kasol raves: Supreme Court orders transfer of Kullu DC, SP

The Supreme Court upheld the Himachal High Court’s order for transfers. Kullu Deputy Commissioner Anurag C Sharma and SP Madan Lal must be transferred. This action follows their alleged failure to prevent rave parties in Kasol. The court stayed further action on FIRs and the SIT probe. However, impartial departmental inquiries necessitate their relocation from Kullu.
