KPMG pulls its ‘Excellence in Agentic AI’ report after companies named in the report ‘complain

KPMG has withdrawn its global “Agentic AI” report after numerous organizations, including UBS and the NHS, complained that their featured achievements were fabricated. The professional services giant admitted its human staff failed to catch AI “hallucinations” in the report, prompting an internal investigation into potential breaches of AI usage guidelines.
