Manamadurai assembly polls 2026: TVK’s Elangovan D wins by 1,208 votes

Manamadurai, a reserved constituency in Sivaganga, has a history of alternating between DMK and AIADMK. In the upcoming Tamil Nadu elections on April 23, DMK’s Tamilarasi faces BJP’s Balaganapathy and TVK’s Elangovan. Recent elections show close contests, with DMK winning in 2021 and AIADMK in 2016 and 2011.
