Matrimonial site promised 100 matches, delivered 51; Kerala panel orders Rs 15K refund

A matrimonial website was found deficient in service by the Kerala consumer commission. The website promised one hundred contacts but only provided fifty-one during the subscription. The commission reduced the refund amount from the district commission’s order. It noted that fifty-one contacts were indeed provided to the complainant. The company’s appeal was dismissed while confirming the deficiency finding.
