Meet Daniel Zhang, 17, who built a cancer game now reaching 1,500 children

In an innovative step, a San Diego teenager named Daniel Zhang crafted Tumor Tactics, an educational game designed to demystify cancer for young minds. Motivated by his grandmother’s battle with the illness, Daniel aims to make intricate cancer biology accessible to children. His project has garnered funding and will be showcased at the United Nations Science Summit, alongside his role in STEAMLabs International, where he promotes STEM and arts education.
