Michael Jordan demolishes $2.8M Lake Norman mansion for new estate

Michael Jordan’s $2.8 million Lake Norman property is undergoing a major transformation. Purchased in 2013, the site’s original six-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion was demolished in March 2025. New aerial pictures now show the NBA legend’s custom luxury estate taking shape inside the exclusive Peninsula Club, with its structure and roofing apparently nearing completion.
